"...But why not 'Squirrel Melts'?"

oh....for so many reasons...
Makes you happy you're living on one of the coasts, huh?

Disturbing:

He goes hunting with his mother.

He's hunting squirrels.

She promises him a Squirrel sandwich? gross.

She calls the dead skinned squirrel "cute"

"It's kinda cute..."
That is why she had to kill it and feed it to her child

You know how squirrels love nuts...

"I like to use cashews. You know how squirrels love nuts."

OMFG.

And that accent, it's gotta be Michigan or Wisconsin. The former would not surprise me, reminds me of that scene in "Roger and Me" where they visit the rabbit farm... "Rabbits - for pets or for food."

Wow I think that was one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen. Even more disturbing because to them it's totally innocent and fun.

Just goes to show you what humans are capable of when going to Safeway isn't an option (unless you wanted to drive 2 hours). Rural places really, really scare me.

You're gonna put some meat in the freezer this year I think.

I throw up in my mouth a little bit almost every time the word "squirrel" is uttered in this clip. Probably because it's paired with words like "melt" and "salad."
